四季春

成份 : 四季春茶葉
保存方法: 請存放在陰涼地方，避免陽光直射
四季春適應性佳、產量高、香、「不知春」的採收量多。往常最怕陰雨天，香氣不易表現，可能還得焙火幾次才能找到香氣。而四季春在這方面的表現，著實優秀。
此品種因萌芽期極早，採收期長，春茶所製成之茶葉具有特殊香味，故種植面積一度增加，但因生長習性及生產製造方法，均未進行有系統之試驗，故難以評估優劣。
而其茶菁採摘自三至五年之年輕茶樹，茶韻柔順、不苦不澀、經久耐泡。早春、晚冬以及一年四季皆可產制，全年最多可采上七次。

一般春和冬製做清香不烘焙，如果苦澀高則需烘焙半生熟以減低苦澀味，相對的烘焙後比其他品種較為甘甜。而四季春適合製成半發酵或
